In Home Acelines, the appellation for Acelinians was different from that of the Earthlings. Let's have a look:
The following example showed the naming format of a normal citizen:
The person in this example was colonel Greena, the commander of the elite guards serving Supreme Commander Meva Acelines. She led 300-only female elite troops to rescue all 30,000 men from the men-only state Meninacs during the misandrist Falconian invasion.

Another example of a normal citizen who was born in the planet Adellas:
General Zuudrix was a skillful strategist for Supreme Commander Meva Acelines. Her name followed the appellation rule for normal citizen as she was born as a Fasdrla citizen in the planet Adellas.
The following example was the naming format of a noble:
This name was from a New Era Humans protagonist Zenna, which indicated she was an inborn noble--It had 2 parts only: first name and surname. The state's name was, unnecessary, excluded as she, like every other noble, must be born in the capital of Home Acelines to maintain an officially-certified nobility, or else became a nobody.
If for any reason a noble was downgraded to an ordinary citizen, the name would also be officially altered to that for ordinary citizens, a three-part name. The middle state's name was the state where her deprived nobility was from. This would also mean she was no longer a noble.
The following example showed the naming format of an Acelinian who immigrated to Home Acelines:
He was the Supreme Scientist of the human birth system called P.A.S.S., the father of the Acelinian sisters Zenna and Meva.
As a legal immigrant, he was officially given a surname Acelines after his original Earthling name Beau Le Brun to indicate his naturalization as an Acelinian citizen. He also added an Acelinian first name Talen that was required to be put in front of his Earthling name.
There were several ways to call his name. Acelinians normally called him Talen Le Brun, a formal appellation. Here, the first name, Talen, indicated he became an Acelinian and the surname, Le Brun, showed he was once an Earthling.
When introducing himself to others, Acelinian etiquette expected him to exclude his Earthling first name, which became Talen Le Brun Acelines. That showed the respect for his naturalization.
In the casual gatherings for nobles, his noble family members, such as his wife Sarine and his daughters Zenna and Meva, would introduce him as Talen Acelines, which sounded like a noble name, to show he was accepted as their noble clan member. In fact, he was not an officially-certified noble.
There were of course abandoned Acelinians, without any citizenship, scattering around the backward regions in many Acelinian states. They did not follow the aforesaid appellation rule. However, among them, sometimes you would see a person with a two-part or three-part name. That implied she was once an Acelinian citizen or a noble, but currently was deported or in exile.

Unlike Earthling custom, to call an Acelinian with a title, we would not use her surname but her first name.
For instance, when Meva became the Supreme Commander of Home Acelines, she was addressed as Supreme Commander Meva (not Supreme Commander Acelines as everyone's surname was also Acelines that could cause confusion).
During her journey in exile, she received quite a number of honorary titles due to her high approbation among the galaxians fighting against Falcon Empire. All titles used the Acelinian tradition of the above first-name-title rule, such as General Meva given by Xenophines, and Grand Marshal Meva conferred by Beepeans...
